There were several women from Santa Destroy that would have been right at home on this list. Kimmy Howel wants to kill her crush in a duel, Shinobu murders fellow students to conceal her identity as an assassin, and Holly Summers eats a grenade so she can die with honor. Against all odds, Bad Girl is more sadistic than any of them. The nihilistic killing machine bludgeons gimps with a bloodied baseball bat while sauntering around in a babydoll dress. She’s described in-game as a perverted killing maniac, and she self-identifies as an angry bitch. Bad Girl is obviously unhinged, but she knows how unnerving her actions are. She takes lives for entertainment, and she even manages to make fellow assassins feel uncomfortable. Her melee attacks are as erratic as her emotions, and her moods swing as often as her bat does.

Katarina Du Coutea was born to a noble family and elevated above others from an early age. This isn’t to say that she had an easy life, however. Her father was a prominent general who took it upon himself to turn her into the finest assassin in Noxus. And so it was, Katarina spent her childhood learning the way of the blade and testing her tolerance for pain. She eventually fell out of favor with her father when she failed to kill an assigned target, so she vowed to redeem herself by becoming the sinister weapon she was always intended to be. A mobile assassin that can deal devastating damage, Katrina kills without mercy, loves the smell of fear, and believes that violence solves everything. If she’s not staring daggers through her adversaries, she’s likely throwing daggers through them. Either way, she’s always on point.

There’s never a dull moment when it comes to Tira. She was raised to be an assassin from birth and became addicted to killing at a young age. After she was forced to kill her mother-figure as a rite of passage, she developed a split personality. Her gloomy side is destructive and bitter, while her jolly side is more playful and mischievous. Both sides are equally as dangerous, however, and she’s amused by the suffering of others. She loves to make her victims grovel and scream, and she relies on killing for the stimulation it provides. Her razor-sharp hula hoop is almost as unpredictable as her acrobatic movements, and she shows no regard for her own safety. She can actually injure herself in battle, and she can even kill herself if she’s not careful. It’s no wonder she’s known as the Misguided Angel of Death.

Baby Bonnie Hood (known as Bulleta in Japan) uses her cute and innocent appearance to mask her homicidal behavior. In a series filled with monsters, she stands as an example of how terrifying (and deceptive) humans can be. Her hatred of monsters apparently took root when a werewolf killed her grandmother, and her extreme malevolence made her an ideal bounty hunter. Some say she’s only in it for the money, but her devious smile paints her in a more malicious light. B.B. Hood doesn’t have any supernatural abilities at her disposal, but her arsenal of weapons is both impressive and insidious. Her picnic basket is filled with machine guns, rocket launchers, and combat knives, and she uses exploding apples to catch her opponents off guard. She’s not so cute when she’s drowning you in a pool of her own tears.

A graceful shinobi who blends figure skating routines with ninja arts, Ryōna enjoys showing off elegant dresses and her impossibly curvaceous figure. Although she became a shinobi to avenge her older sister, she spends most of her time feeding her hardcore masochistic desires. The girls on this list are no strangers to violent acts, but Ryōna is a glutton for punishment. She has many ways to dispatch her foes, but she’d rather be scolded by them. She’s bubbly by nature, but her capricious personality is overshadowed by a perverted penchant for pain. Ryōna enters a state of euphoria when she’s beaten up, and she brazenly asks random pedestrians to perform harmful acts on her. (Things don’t end well for those who refuse.) Her twin sister will indulge her at times, and her teammates learn to withhold punishment when Ryōna misbehaves.

Alma Wade was born with psychic powers that attuned her to the negative emotions of the people around her… and it was all downhill from there. Her mother died giving birth, and her father allowed a shady organization to conduct all kinds of experiments on her. When she began to lash out, her doctors induced a coma and continued their research for nearly two decades. Alma was twice impregnated during this time before they pulled the plug on the project. She was pronounced dead, but her psychic energy allowed her spirit to linger. Fueled by anger and rage, she caused her adversaries to experience vivid nightmares, sudden mood changes, and delusions. She also used her ghost powers to flat-out rape a dude. This list is no stranger to ax-crazy psychopaths, but Alma’s abilities made her an especially dangerous woman.

The heroine of Alice’s Adventures in Wonderland was a well-mannered girl with an eager enjoyment of life. American McGee re-imagined the character as a hysterical young woman who was in desperate need of psychiatric help. While Lewis Carrol’s Alice merely fell asleep on a riverbank, American McGee’s Alice has to fight for her sanity in an asylum, and the twisted version of Wonderland she visits is inhabited by physical manifestations of her guilt, anger, and madness. The troubled child fights these horrific creatures with ruthless determination, and she wields a bloody kitchen knife with deadly intent. So why is Alice so messed up in the first place? It turns out that her therapist raped her sister, burned down her house, and let Alice blame herself for the fire that killed her family. No wonder she looks so pissed off.

Juri is a Korean taekwondo expert with an uncompromising personality. She lost her parents at a young age when they were targeted by crime lords, and she also lost her left eye in the fracas. Following this incident, she became a test subject for a cybernetic implant that heightened her abilities and made her even more fearsome. Her fighting style is aggressive, and her personality is every bit as ruthless as her kicks are. She has a fondness for battle and derives pleasure by inflicting pain on others. She also enjoys taunting her opponents, and the prospect of hurting others causes her to lick her lips out of excitement. She dresses provacatively and peppers her speech with double entendres, but her idea of a good time would be rather one-sided. Juri is a hedonistic sociopath who could be likened to an untamed animal.

Tati is a troubled young woman with a chip on her shoulder, but her volatile state is not unwarranted. After most of her loved ones were slaughtered before her eyes, she was taken captive by dark magicians and used as a veritable battery to awaken the dead. Tati rebels not only against those who harmed her, but against a world that cursed her. (She’s not especially keen on the noble ways of her older brother either.) Tati fights with rage and bloodlust, and her methods are excruciatingly violent. Whether she’s eviscerating warriors with her blades or breaking necks with her murderous thighs, she makes her enemies suffer. It would be easy to underestimate a sexy girl in a loin cloth, but decapitation, dismemberment, and slit throats are all on the menu when Tati’s around. It would seem that the dark power she has inside of her is not easily tamed.

As a child, Zero was neglected by her mother and sold into prostitution. After burning the brothel to the ground, she settled down with one of its patrons. Sadly, she was abandoned after she contracted a fatal disease. She remained open and uninhibited with men, but her disposition became increasingly violent. Pretty much anything could piss her off, and she (somehow) wound up killing even more men than she slept with. Zero had become a slutty tool of destruction, and things got worse after her illness caught up with her. After she was revived by a mysterious flower, Zero was granted god-like abilities and a desire to destroy humanity. Armed with swords, accompanied by dragons, and blessed with enhanced magic capabilities, she killed without prejudice and slaughtered entire families without remorse. She even took out the game’s narrator!
